We stand behind the quality of our Kenyan coaching. If you are not satisfied with your coaching experience within the first 14 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your subscription start date
• The guarantee applies to your first subscription period only
• Refunds apply to the most recent monthly charge

How to Request a Refund

Include your name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After the 14-Day Window

Refunds are not available for charges that occurred more than 14 days before the request date. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and access will continue through your paid-through date.
